At Gordey’s Best Beef, every order ships 100% free—no minimums, no surprises, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.


How We Ship

All orders are:

  • Packed with dry ice or gel packs to keep your meat fully frozen during transit

  • Insulated for maximum freshness

  • Vacuum-sealed for long-lasting quality

  • Handled by trusted carriers like UPS or FedEx

We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure your beef arrives frozen and ready for the freezer.


Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within:

  • 2–3 business days after processing

  • Rural or remote areas: up to 4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.


Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Restrictions

To maintain product safety, we currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses


When Your Box Arrives

Your box may contain dry ice or frozen gel packs. This is normal.
If any dry ice remains, avoid direct contact and let it evaporate in a ventilated area.

Your beef may arrive partially thawed on the exterior—this is safe to refreeze as long as the product is 40°F or below and still cool to the touch.


Shipping Issues or Delays

If your order is delayed, damaged, or arrives thawed beyond safety guidelines, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and our team will make it right. (We recommend including photos of the box, packaging, and product.)
